Today I collected my Strikepad certificate and officially became a strikepad trainer.
Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was starting this course!
John, who runs Strikepads, is an amazing instructor and really lets you take your time. There’s no rushing until the course is completed.

I’ve suggested this to a few clients and it’s really had a positive impact on their lives.
Write a list of things in your life that make you happy.
For example;
- Good people in your life
- Exercise
- Music
Write down whatever comes to mind and if there’s something you’d like to add that will bring happiness to your life then add it to your list. Add & execute them - make it happen!!! On the other side of the page write down things that have the opposite effect.
For example;
- Cutting out toxic/negative people
- Eating junk food
- Alcohol
- Procrastination of any kind
- Career / Work
Once you have your lists then you’ll have a clearer understanding of what you need.

I had a little gap between clients this morning, so while over the heath I did a quick circuit workout.
I’m not a fan of spending hours in the gym as it’s really not what I’m about so quick workouts are great to do in-between clients.
8x chin ups
30secs x Pound and ground
15x weights squat jumps
45secs of rest
Repeat for 5 rounds
