BOXING HIIT

A short 30min intense training session with a combination of pad/bag work and body weight exercises.

The session starts with a very simple combo such as jab cross for 30seconds, then straight into bodyweight exercises such as burpees for 30seconds and back to pad work.

As the session progresses the pad combinations get a bit more advanced. We work at the individuals pace and if we need to take a few seconds out to get your form right, then that’s what we do. The sessions can be tough but still lots of fun, remember this is your own race so we work at your pace. 

A Boxing HIIT session is the perfect solution for individuals that would prefer a short 30min intense training session before or after work.
